Previously occupied by Lime Street Social Club, this site has been vacant and neglected since 2008.

 

The design for 7 affordable homes expresses the steep topography of the site with the levels of the semi-detached houses split at the party walls so stepping down the slope of Ravensfield Way.

 

This is further articulated by monopitch roofs and ridge lines orientated perpendicular to Ravensfield Way but parallel to roofscapes in the adjoining streets. This expression is continued through contrasting coloured brick detailing. The houses benefit from open aspect views to front and rear.
